Rental Assistance & Care

We can assist you if you are interested in marketing your home for nightly, weekly, or monthly rentals through Vacation Rentals By Owner (VRBO). Complete Care will carefully and thoroughly vet potential guests. You can feel secure in that our rental agreement is complete and will provide you with the needed assurances that your home will be cared for. Upon the guest’s departure we will perform a departure inspection, including careful consideration of anything that is missing or damaged. Complete Care employees have an excellent eye for detail.

Property Care

Complete Care will provide you with complete weekly home and property inspections. We will identify plumbing, heating, or electrical needs and arrange repairs with the most reputable companies in the Valley. Any service contractors will be met at the property, and if needed, we will stay until the work is finished, or return to secure your home. With our irrigation and landscaping expertise, we will trouble shoot and find solutions for areas of concern. We will watch snow load on your roof as well as making sure your heat tape is functioning completely. We will keep driveways, patios, decks, and walks free of snow and ice as needed.

Housekeeping Care

We work with a very detailed, trust worthy, and professional housekeeping company (fully bonded, insured and licensed). Our knowledge of this company is, among other things, their ability and a “can do” attitude to work on short notice if you or a guest makes last minute plans to visit.

Additional Care Services

Complete Care provides you with a variety of services prior to your arrival including: Marketing (organic farm produce/dairy/meats as desired and available), flower delivery, routine vehicle maintenance as needed, transfers to and from Atlantic Aviation and Friedman Memorial Airport. Upon your arrival you can expect that your car will be fueled, washed, vacuumed, and the interior dusted. As needed we will arrange to have your car fully detailed by a professional prior to your arrival. You will arrive home to freshly cut grass or complete snow and ice removal on driveways, decks, patios, and walks.

New Construction & Remodel Care

New construction and remodel oversight. Can’t reach your contractor? Let us help. Our team provides a good working relationship with most general contractors in The Valley. We will anticipate our clients’ needs once the construction is completed. Complete Care will arrange and coordinate furniture delivery, final construction cleans, window washing, and carpet cleaning. We work with the most reliable and professional service providers the Valley has to offer.
